Terms: 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all auction lots: Vehicles subject to Washington License Fees and $100.00 Documentary Services Fee

Minimums:  Some lots are entered into the auction with minimums.  The cyberauctions system will let you bid against yourself up to the minimum.   The lot is clearly marked if the minimum hasn't been reached.

All items sold as-is where is, please make inspections prior to bidding.

Removal: All items must be paid for and removed no later then 3 days following the close of the auction.

Payment: may be made in the form of Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Cashier's Check, or Wire Transfer, no personal or company checks allowed.

Ehli Auctions an Ehli Industrial LLC. Company, (hereafter known as the “Auctioneer”) hereby grants to the party who has properly registered as a CyberAuctions.com User (hereafter known as the “Bidder”),
the right to use Cyberauctions.com  for the purpose of bidding at an auction sale conducted by the Auctioneer. 

Purchaser will bear entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist or that may occur to his purchases;
auctioneer, seller and their agents will have no liability whatsoever to anyone for any defects.

No allowance, adjustment or rescission of sale will be allowed based upon failure of the property to correspond to the particular need.

All lots will be offered in units of measurement deemed fit by the auctioneer.

ALL SALES FINAL: All risk of loss and responsibility for purchases passes to buyer upon award of the bid.

The auctioneer reserves the right to:

a. revoke the bidding privileges of any registrant at any time.

b. refuse any bid which is merely a fractional advance over the preceding bid.

c. choice, group, add to, withdraw from, or change selling order, of partial/full lots.

d. change closing date

e. require proof of insurance from any buyer seeking to dismantle and remove by   

    whatever means, his purchases from the auction site.

PAYMENT: All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax unless auction cashier is provided with proof of exemption,  as defined by the appropriate governing authority. 

Full payment shall be in accordance with terms posted here or in our auction catalog.

All payments shall be made in cash, cashier’s check, and bankcards.   Credit Cards on file with CyberAuctions.com will be charge if payment isn't made within  the required time period.

REMOVAL: Buyer’s purchases may not be removed until paid in full, to include applicable sales tax and title transfer fees, and no purchases may be removed during the auction.
Purchases must be removed from the premises in the time announced by the auctioneer and or posted at the auction site,
at the sole cost and risk to the buyer, and in a manner approved by Ehli Auctions.

NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF SALE: Should buyer fail to pay for in full, or remove his purchases from the auction site within the designated time frames,  as stated  in the above terms, the auctioneer, without notice of any kind, may resell his purchases either at public or private sales or arrange for removal and storage of all such purchases at the sole risk and expense of the buyer.

Should the auctioneer resell a defaulting buyer’s purchases, a 30% commission plus all direct expenses will be deducted in establishing net proceeds to be credited to the original buyer’s account,
with any deficiency due and payable upon demand by auctioneer.    Buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by Ehli Auctions should said company be required
to employ the services of an attorney to enforce any term of this agreement.

NONDELIVERY OF PURCHASES: Auctioneer’s sole responsibility for failure to deliver any purchases to the buyer will be the return of all monies paid for non-delivered purchases. 

Auctioneer’s failure to deliver any portion of the buyer’s purchases does not relieve the buyer of his obligation to make full payment on any and all other lots purchased at auction.
