How do I ask a question?
Use the Q&A form on your Personal Control page for item questions. For general help, use the chat option.
Why does the auction closing time extend?
Dynamic Closing gives all bidders a fair chance to place final bids before the auction ends.
How does Auto Bid work?
Enter your maximum bid and the system bids for you only as needed, up to your limit.
Can I change my maximum bid?
Yes. Go to My Account > Current Bids > Adjust Bid.
How do I know if I am winning?
Lot status updates live: Winning, Outbid, or Reserve Not Met.
How do I use the Watch List?
Add items while logged in. Once you bid, they move to your Current Bids page.
What is Real Time Bidding?
It shows live bidding activity during the auction.
Where is my invoice?
Go to My Account > View Invoice after the auction closes.
How do I pay?
Pay online by credit card or during pickup if allowed.
Who receives my payment?
Payments go directly to the auction company running the sale.
Where do I pick up my items?
Pickup details are listed in the Auction Terms and Details sections. We will also provide the pick up address on your invoice. You will also receive a text and an email with instructions on where to go for onsite jobs.
How do I sell with CyberAuctions?
Select Selling from the More tab to learn about consigning items.
