Participating in our auctions is simple and entirely online through CyberAuctions.com, where each lot includes clear descriptions and visual references, and the site works seamlessly on any device without an app. To bid, you must register with a valid credit or debit card and review each auction’s Terms and Details, as some business liquidations allow limited time for checkout and removal. Payments may be made online via major credit cards, cashier’s checks, or wire transfers; purchases over $2,000 may also be paid at the auction site or Ehli Auction Center, while amounts of $5,000 or more require cash or a cashier’s check. Vehicle purchases require in-person payment, title signing, and valid ID. A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases, with any additional vehicle fees listed on the lot details page.
After payment, items must be picked up during scheduled times, and buyers are responsible for removal, loading, and transportation, including bringing proper assistance and equipment. All sales are final and conducted “Where-Is, As-Is” without warranty, making it the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding.
