All auctions are conducted online via CyberAuctions.com.
Each lot is clearly described with detailed written descriptions and visual references.
You can view our inventory on your phone. Our site is responsive, so it works on any device without the need for an app.
Simply go to your favorite search engine and type cyberauctions.com.
To bid, you must register on CyberAuctions.com with a valid credit or debit card.
Each auction may have specific terms, so be sure to review them by reading through the Terms page as well as the Details page.
For business liquidations, checkouts sometimes allow just one day for removal.
Payments can be made online using any major credit card, cashier’s check, or wire transfer for general merchandise.
For purchases exceeding $2,000, payment can be made at the auction site or the Ehli Auction Center.
Cash or cashier’s checks are required for purchases of $5,000 or greater.
For vehicle purchases, a cashier’s check or cash is required.
You must come in person to sign the title paperwork and present a valid ID that matches the details on your invoice.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase.
Be sure to account for this when calculating your total cost.
Vehicles may have additional fees, which are listed on the lot details page.
Ehli Auctions is a licensed auto dealership.
Once payment is completed, you can pick up your items during the designated dates and times.
You are responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of your purchases. Bring lifting assistance for loading and an appropriate vehicle.
Trucks with trailers should proceed to the gravel lot on the north side of the building.

All sales are final, and items are sold “Where-Is, As-Is” without warranty.
It’s your responsibility to inspect lots prior to bidding.
Consignors cannot bid on their own lots or direct others to do so.
Auction premises can present hazards such as moving machinery, heavy objects, and more.
Always stay aware of your surroundings.
Cutting is prohibited for lumber and similar items.
No safety checks are performed. Ensure items are safe to use and meet your needs.
By participating, you agree to indemnify Ehli Auctions against any claims arising from your participation or purchases.
All auctions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
